Based on the basic data of the development of the research status at home and abroad,the comprehensive analysis of various data types in the earthquake damage evaluation problem of precision and also analyzes the various data types for the ease of,points out the development trend of earthquake emergency database and difficult problem to be solved,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.On this basis,put forward the thinking,this paper studies on the Internet data,statistics,under the support of remote sensing data and field survey data,to a certain open source software in embedded ARCGIS software as a platform of data acquisition,realize the basic data analysis,statistics and visualization.The research methods of residential areas mainly involve two aspects:(1)the division of unit of residential areas.Data measure of how to meet the needs of precise relief is an important principle dividing unit.For the residential areas,the basic requirements of it is through the clear difference in the diversity and richness of data to different cell damage,thus for earthquake emergency and formulate emergency rescue strategy to provide basic data support;(2)the acquisition of basic data in the unit.In this paper,using the Internettechnology,remote sensing technology,field investigation to get the unit datas,the basis of to the data within the data unit to be fine and precise.The accuracy of the data has been tested by artificial surveys and street view.In this paper,on the basis of the collected data,the condition of traffic distribution and elevation,access to each unit by means of artificial population,natural village area,height,distance communication distance,the distance and fortified town center distance ratio and other related parameters,and these parameters into a form of form,the function of SPSS data correlation analysis,analyses the relevant factors are: the relationship between height and negatively related to their area of;The number of people and the number of people and the number of people is negatively correlated;The relationship between the height and the proportion of the defenses;The percentage of defensive ratio is negatively correlated with distance.The proportion of the protection is negatively correlated with the distance from the centre of the town.At the end of the paper utilizes the basic data of earthquake emergency site residents to measure carried on the thorough analysis,combining with the field survey results at the same time,emphatically from the point of the emergency rescue for the analysis of the study area of all kinds of factors on the effect of emergency rescue.This article selects proportion of residents to fortify,multi-storey or distance,height,total area of the building,road distance and whether there is a geological disaster in the six parameters as the research area earthquake emergency rescue classification indexes,the study area is divided into plain city,plain rural and mountainous rural residents,according to different regional rescue the difficulty and the urban areas is divided into four grade,plain is divided into 5 levels in rural areas,mountainous countryside is divided into 4,represent the different ways of rescue and relief the difficulty in different areas.
