A Study On The Recycling Management Of Municipal Domestic Waste In Shenzhen

With the high-speed development of our economy, and the quick boost ofurbanization, environmental pollution becomes one of the foci for governmentand citizens. Municipal domestic waste is one of the important parts ofenvironmental pollution. On the other hand, waste can also be a kind of resourcesin some content. It is one of the most effective ways to solve the problem ofmunicipal domestic waste by utilizing waste resource effectively, which has greateconomic and social significance.The recycling management of municipal domestic waste is the major objectof the thesis. The aspects, including its quantity, source, ingredients, charactersand so on, will be analyzed in detail. On this basis, some basic informationabout recycling management study of waste are accumulated. At the same time,the thesis deeply discusses all kinds of methods to turn municipal domestic wasteinto resource; meanwhile,it pointed out the causes of municipal domesticwaste as well as the problems of dealing with domestic waste. The thesisintroduces the current general situation of municipal domestic waste in Shenzhen,analysing four steps of waste management process such as classification,collection, translocation and disposal.Meanwhile, the thesis analyzes and learnsfrom advanced management experience of municipal domestic waste of big citiesaround the world, and on this basis, put forwards municipal domestic wastemanagement plan which meets with the situation of Shenzhen,whcih can achievethe ultimate goal of reduction, harmlessness and resourcfulization of municipaldomestic waste.
