| Beijing Tianjin Hebei metropolitan region is located in China’s eastern Bohai Bay, with its convenient transportation advantages, a strong industrial base and rich natural resources advantage, occupies a pivotal position in China and even the world.Development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration trend to promote the related industries, and the formation of scale benefit associated benefits of agglomeration benefits, to a certain extent, the formation of industrial agglomeration. However, in recent years, the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region by air quality as the representative of the ecological environment is relatively outstanding, has attracted wide attention from the society.This paper uses the coupling concept in physics, comprehensive use of industrial economics, regional economics, econometrics and environmental economics and other disciplines related knowledge to explore the dynamic coupling relationship between ecological environment and the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region industry agglomeration.Firstly, through theoretical and empirical methods to analyze the current situation of the regional industrial agglomeration, believes that the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region with industrial agglomeration conditions, the degree of agglomeration increase year by year. Then the paper introduces the mechanism of industrial agglomeration system and ecological environment system and the time regularity of coupling. We constructed both index system of industrial agglomeration and ecological environment, and applied them to the coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model, aimed at making a quantitative analysis of the coupling of industrial agglomeration and ecological environment of referred regions from 2004 to2012. The last part of the thesis we put forward the corresponding suggestion.According to the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model calculation results, this paper draws the following conclusion: in the years 2004-2012,the coupling between the two systems except 2009 are more than 0.9, the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region industry agglomeration and ecological environment remained relatively consistent development speed.In the aspect of the coordination degree of coupling, the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region’s coupling coordination degree of industrial agglomeration and the ecological environment show fluctuations rise. Discussed in this paper for nearlyten years, the primary and intermediate coordination level maintained for a long time,in the basic of mutual coupling between the two running in stage. Both the coupling coordination degree by the ecological environment of the first boot type gradually transition to industrial agglomeration lead type, presents the development status from junior to senior. Generally speaking, although the coupling coordination level rising trend, but the coordination level is low, did not reach the quality coordination. The Beijing Tianjin Hebei region of current industrial agglomeration and ecological environment coupling coordination level needs to be improved. |
