Study On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Rural Tourism,Tural Economy And Ecological Environment

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid economic development has continuously improved people’s living standards,people’s demand for tourism has been expanding,and the forms of tourism have been more diversified.At the same time,with the continuous advancement of industrialization and urbanization,people living in cities have accelerated the pace of life and increased the pressure of life.They are more longing for the quiet rural scenery.Under this background,rural tourism came into being.In the development of rural tourism,it plays an important role in rural economy.Rural tourism drives the development of rural related industries,promotes the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure,improves the employment rate of local farmers,increases farmers’ personal income and promotes poverty alleviation and prosperity in remote areas.Under these positive effects,governments at all levels pay more and more attention to the development of rural tourism as an effective way to build a new socialist countryside,promote urban-rural integration and solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".However,with the increasing number of people choosing rural tourism,the situation of rural ecological environment is not optimistic.On the one hand,the unplanned development of tourism resources has caused the loss of local resources,on the other hand,tourists lack the awareness of environmental protection and damaged the local ecological environment.Therefore,how to make the coordinated development of rural tourism,rural economy and ecological environment is of great significance for regional sustainable development.Taking Sichuan Province as the research object,this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of rural tourism,rural economy and ecological environment,uses the coupling coordination model to explore the evolution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree from 2011 to 2018,and uses the grey correlation analysis method to analyze the main factors affecting the coupling coordination relationship.Main research conclusions:(1)The overall comprehensive level of rural tourism,rural economy and ecological environment in Sichuan Province shows an upward trend,with an average annual growth rate of 32.3%.The comprehensive development level of rural tourism subsystem has maintained a steady upward trend,with an average annual growth rate of42.9%,and is in a leading development stage from 2015 to 2018;In terms of index weight,the total number of rural tourists has the largest weight and the highest contribution.The comprehensive development level of rural economic subsystem has experienced three stages: Rise decline rise,and the comprehensive benefit value has expanded by 3.42 times,and it is ahead of rural tourism and ecological environment subsystem in 2011,2013 and 2014;In terms of index weight,the weight of per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents is the largest.The comprehensive development level of ecological environment subsystem fluctuated slightly in the first five years,and increased rapidly from 2016 to 2018,with a growth rate of 0.850;In terms of index weight,the use of chemical fertilizer has the greatest impact.(2)The coupling coordination degree of rural tourism,rural economy and ecological environment in Sichuan Province increased from 0.242 in 2011 to 0.674 in2018,with an increase of 0.432.According to the division standard of coupling coordination scheduling,during the study period,the system has experienced five stages:moderate imbalance,mild imbalance,near imbalance,forced coordination and primary coordination.The level of coupling coordination is still low and needs to be further improved.(3)From the correlation degree between the coupling coordination degree and the indicators of each subsystem,in the rural tourism subsystem,the correlation degree between the number of star farmhouses and rural hotels and the coupling coordination degree is the largest;In the subsystem of rural economy,the coupling degree between rural residents and disposable income is the largest;In the ecological environment subsystem,the top three in the correlation degree are the area of soil erosion control,the number of rural sanitary toilets and pollution control investment.These indicators show that the infrastructure conditions supporting rural tourism,the income of rural residents and pollution control are the key factors affecting the coupling and coordination relationship.
