Hydraulic support is the important of coal equipment in comprehensive face. It performances directly affect the whole face's efficiency. And the hydraulic support column system play a decisive role to the comprehensive face. This paper studies the dynamic characteristic of the control valve on hydraulic support and fluid-structure interaction analysis of related components.First, the study of the object is relief valve and the hydraulic controlled check valve in the hydraulic system, and establish the corresponding dynamic model. Second, based on the each component of AMESim simulation model get the valve of dynamic characteristics. And using flow field analysis software to analyze the flow field of valve. Finally using the theory of fluid-structure interaction analysised parts on the software of Workbench.By changing the parameters of design achieved good dynamic characteristics, received the influence law of different design parameters decide to dynamic performance on the relief valve and the hydraulic controlled check valve. Using CFD software get internal flow field of valves. Using the theory of fluid-structure interaction obtained the stress of core and the force of core. Contrasted the force of core with the result of AMESim same as the result of AMESim.
