In recent years,as the continuous progress of the industrial technology,the cold rolling strip production specifications have become thinner and the demand on the strip size precision and shape quality have also increased.Simulation analysis of vertical vibration for cold rolling mill has become an important field of surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the study.The research contents are as follows:1.The experimental design and collection the field data.The paper takes the forth stand mill of a connected cold-rolling mill unit of a certain plant as the research object.I investigated the site conditions repeatedly,coordinated production management and designed vibration testing scheme and related instruments protective measures.Then I collected the vertical vibration date of the critical locations through dynamic signal acquisition system.2.Wavelet analysis for vibration data.In normal production condition,using the wavelet toolbox in MATLAB to analyze and process the vibration data collected from intermediate roll and work roll of the mill and selecting the optimum wavelet basis function,we can extract and study abnormal vibration characteristics to understand the dynamic characteristics of vertical vibration under nonlinear factors.3.Based on actual parameter,linear mass-spring system of eight degree of freedom is established,which adopt SOLIDWO RK for modeling and use software interface between imported into software ADMAS for vibration simulation.Moreover,flexible body function in ANSYS is used to close with the actual working condition,which will improve simulation precision.The damping is increased in a number of key positions.It turns out that the test data obtained is closed to the simulation frequency response curve trend,which shows that the model can simulate the field condition accurately.Thesis based on site conditions,the analysis of vibration signal of high-speed cold rolling mill and the collaborative software simulation based on site condition is effective,which provides useful ideas for the prevention of adverse effects caused by vibration.
