The rapid development of the economy not only increased the demand of steel,but also derived a series of rolling mill vibration problems,which have existed for a long time,but have not been satisfactorily resolved,in particular for multi-system coupling vibration problems of the mill,which have been the important and difficult of the study on rolling mill vibration problems.In this paper,the rolling mill had been took as the object of the research,in order to study the coupling vibration problems of the mill,the theoretical analysis of the mill system had been done,the relationship between the interaction parameters of the rolling process had been explored,two coupled vibration mill model had been established with the combination of different friction model,and a compared analysis of the two coupling model had been made.The main contents are as follows:(1)A rolling mill vertical-torsion coupling vibration model based on a mixed friction model had been established,the relationship between the interaction parameters of the rolling process had been explored,a block diagram of the coupled relationship between vertical and torsional system of rolling mill was established,and the results were simulated and analyzed.By changing the related items of the mixed friction coefficients to discuss its impact on the vertical-torsion coupling system of rolling mill,obtained a instability critical value of the mixed friction coefficients.Discussed the coupled impact of the main drive torsion system on the vertical vibration system,and its reasons were analyzed.(2)Adopted a new dynamic friction model,the factors of friction conditions had been fully took into account,the coupled relationship between the dynamic friction model and the rolling mill system was established,expounded the parameter identification method and principle of the dynamic friction model based on genetic algorithms,verified the feasibility of the method.A mill system coupling model based on the dynamic friction model had been established,realized the real-time updates of the dynamic friction model coefficients.(3)Different rolling factors on the coupling vibration of rolling mill system had been took into account by simulation,and a compared analysis between the rolling mill vertical-torsion coupling vibration model based on a mixed friction model and the mill system coupling model based on a dynamic friction model had been made,explored the coupling characteristics of the two models.In this paper,two types of rolling mill vertical-torsion coupled model had been successfully established,the coupled relationship of the various mill systems had been described in detail,and obtained numerous coupling characteristics of the mill system by simulation.The results of this paper has a certain reference value for further study of the coupled vibration problem of the rolling mill.
