Raping development after thirty years of reform and opening up,it is facing tremendous environmental pressures and industrial structure adjustment pressure[1]. It is primary task to control PM2.5 for increasing air pollution control efforts and dealing with haze pollution and improving the air quality.Coal-fired power plant is one of the main sources of fine particulate matter in industrial pollution. According to research data,PM2.5 emissions from coal-fired power plants accounts for 10% of national PM2.5emissions[2,3].According to the "State Council on the issuance of air pollution control plan of action"(Guo Fa [2013] No. 37), People's Government of Zhejiang Provincial formulated the "Zhejiang Air Pollution Control Action Plan(2013- 2017)." It requires all new and building in thermal power units that must use the technological transformation of flue gas cleaning discharge before end of 2017.And now,600000 million or more thermal power units have been substantially completed flue gas cleaning discharge transformation and they have been gas turbine emission requirements[4].The aim of retrofit of ultra-low emissions of soot Wushashan is to the high concentration of dust emissions problem of existing coal-fired units, reduce dust emissions from the boiler combustion, reduce damage to the atmosphere of PM2.5 and achieve ultra-low emissions of coal-fired units. The paper describes an advanced controlling method of dust renovation, and it combines operating conditions of Wushashan power plant's dust removal equipment. Then it analyzes and discusses the transformation process of its ultra-low emissions of soot and commissioning results. Its aid is to achieve the concentration of dust emissions below the required 5mg/Nm3, and provide a reference for the same type of transformation of coal-fired units.
