Water resource is an indispensable natural resource for human being,which is the foundation of social development,and also a necessary resource for economic development.At present,the phenomenon of water pollution has become a common concern of our country and the world.Construction of sewage treatment plant to strengthen the collection and treatment of sewage is the key to solve the problem of water pollution.However,the city sewage treatment plant has a series of problems such as high energy consumption,high operating cost and so on.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the energy consumption and energy saving measures of urban sewage treatment plant.This article refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literature,and through the energy consumption survey of XX sewage treatment plant in North China.And the article analyzes the energy consumption in the plant wastewater treatment the and the factors affecting the distribution of energy consumption,and on the basis of the basic principle of AHP an evaluation system of energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant is to be constructed.At the same time,the paper also puts forward the effective measures of saving energy and reducing consumption in the sewage lifting pump,oxidation ditch,and sludge treatment system.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant is about 10.2% of the total energy consumption,the energy consumption of the biological treatment section is about 72.8% of the total energy consumption,and the energy consumption of the pretreatment section accounts for 17% of the total energy consumption.The oxidation ditch is the main energy consuming equipment for biological treatment section.Submersible sewage pump is the main energy consuming equipment of the pretreatment section,centrifugal dewatering unit is the main energy consuming equipment of sludge treatment section.Aeration system,sewage lifting system and sludge dewatering system are the most important parts of the energy saving and consumption reduction.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)establishes the evaluation system of energy consumption for the sewage treatment plant.Energy consumption of sewage,theheight of sewage treatment plant,the selection of wastewater treatment process,the equipment utilization rate and the sewage treatment plant are the determining factors of energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant.(3)Reasonable use of frequency conversion technology,power frequency,frequency optimization combined operation is an effective energy-saving way of lift pump.A reasonable choice of aeration mode,aeration equipment and energy saving is of great significance to control the oxidation ditch aeration for oxidation ditch.The centrifugal dewatering machine is the main energy consumption of sludge treatment section.Paying attention to a reasonable choice according to the actual situation of water dehydration machine type and quantity,and to strengthen the operation and management,to make the operation of the equipment in the high efficiency area are the valid measures for energy saving in sludge treatment system.In addition,to determine the best dosage of the drug can also reduce the reagent consumption and the cost of sludge disposal.
