Along with the development of science and technology of our country and the continuous improvement of living standards,the beer has became the indispensable important part of our daily life,although the beer production is a traditional industry in our country,but in the process of the beer production still exist many problems,so the research on controlling and optimization of beer production process has important practical significance.In the process of the production of beer,beer fermentation is a complex industrial process.Due to the strong time-varying,time-delay system itself and its uncertainty,the traditional control strategy and control methods can't achieve the required control requirements.Beer fermentation is a complex biological metabolic process,is a very important link in the process of beer production,the link directly affect the taste of beer,sales and closely related to the benefits and the winery,the traditional process using artificial way which uses hand control refrigerant valves and fermentation temperature,not only wasting the labor of workers,and easy to miss observations or make data error caused by incomplete or inaccurate,and hard to process real-time understanding of the changing situation in a timely manner.Research topic of this paper is derived from the actual needs of beer production,hengshui jiuzhou in the engineering background of beer production process,according to the above problem,this paper aiming at the problems above in the wine making process,this paper designed and developed based on PLC controller of beer fermentation temperature system,control the process of beer fermentation temperature automatic and show the data processing,PLC and electric controlling system of actuator can automatically control the process of beer fermentation temperature and show data processing,is a real-time controlling system of fermentation process,reach high quality,high yield and low cost,and with parameter display storage,print and alarm function.In the actual process of beer fermentation,it is easy to receive the interference of complex factors outside such as air flow,which lead temperature instability of system;Adjusting the temperature adverse effects of the system is another important the problem to solve in this paper.Separate the traditional PID controller is just a simple linear control system,in the nonlinear controlling system whose control effect is obvious insufficient,and limited,so in the process of actual production,cannot obtain good processing effect.Using simulink Matlab in hengshui jiuzhou beer production process as the researchobject,first analysis the key link in the process of beer production,secondly carries on the accurate mathematical modeling of the system,and use the relevant software measure on its parameters calculated respectively,and finally establish a mathematical model of this model according to heat balance equation of wort,the heat balance equation of refrigerant,refrigerant heat balance equation,the model is accurate and has practical application value.After getting the exact mathematical model,this paper use the traditional PID control to analyse the mathematical system,traditional PID control is a kind of linear control,at present,the most widely used controller,the model results show that the traditional PID can achieve the control requirements basic,but can't meet the higher controlling requirements.Due to the traditional PID control can't fully meet the control demand,this paper has reference small neural network algorithm,ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm,and other related algorithms,the CMAC-parallel PID control have strong learning ability to adapt to control system,whose advantages is fast obviously,so pick CMAC-PID control method for the simulation of this article.This paper uses CMAC-PID parallel control of beer fermentation process,in-depth understanding of CMAC algorithm core idea,combining with the traditional PID control,a new algorithm,not only has the advantages of learning ability of CMAC,but also has good stability,and many other advantages of traditional PID control.According to the results of simulation experiments,the CMAC-PID control effect is compared with the traditional PID control improve the robustness and stability of the system.To sum up,this article using analyze the beer fermentation electromechanical integration simulation to study the key technology,achieve better control of the fermentation process of beer production process,intuitively display temperature,humidity,and a variety of related parameters on the beer fermentation process Effectively solve the process modeling and simulation is not accurate,on the basis of this model to join the advanced PID control,to make it better adapt and adjust the process of the influence of interference,reduced the external environment of the fermentation process of beer production process.Solve the problems found completely and accurately.
