| Footwear products is an important part of national economy,coating technology determines the quality of footwear products.Nowadays footwear coating process mainly uses the methods of coating artificial glue,there is a low efficiency,unstable quality,great labor intensity,poor working conditions.Therefore,it is vital to develop an economical and practical automatic shoe glue.This paper is based on the experimental equipment of coating process,according to the demand of automatic gluing shoe-making equipment design,and the key components of the device structure and the precision distribution of optimized design.The main work is as follows:(1)Developed the experimental study on the shoe coating process,and obtained the optimum process parameters.(2)Based on the analysis of the shoe coating technology,analyses the demand of the automatic shoe coating equipment,set up the function model principle,through comprehensive comparison and analysis of the function of the original understanding,the whole scheme of automatic shoe-making equipment,automatic movement scheme,control scheme,and designed the overall structure of the equipment.(3)The detailed design of the structure glue manipulator and its structure optimization;analysis of error sources affecting the positioning accuracy of glue manipulator,multi-body system theory to establish the static error model based on sensitivity analysis,and the error in precision and reliability as the performance index constraints,in order to minimize the cost of using the optimum design of precision distribution the static error of genetic algorithm,enhance the performance of coating equipment shoe making.(4)Designed the automatic shoe glue equipment motion control scheme and control system,set up a shoe glue equipment prototype.In this paper,the research of footwear products automatic coating technology and equipment of the optimization is of certain reference value to the precision and to improve the automation level of footwear and footwear product quality with high value of engineering application. |
