At present, the oily sludge treatment is an urgently problem need to solve all over the world. It is one of the standard to evaluate oily sludge treatment method by reduction and resource utilization. In this paper, the pyrolysis products from the oily sludge after dehydration are recycled and utilized. Firstly, the oily sludge is dehydrated in the presence of biomasses, and the optimal dewatering process conditions are 100 ml/L of PAC,0.5?1.0 wt.% of biomasses, flocculation temperature, flocculation time of 30 min. The optimum pyrolysis of oil sludge were identified aspyrolysis temperature of 460?, the heating rate of 10 ?/min, protective gas flow rate of 200 mL/minand pyrolysis time of 3 h.Based experiment, the effect of biomass and Fe/Al-pillared bentonite on the pyrolysis behavior and pyrolysis products was investigatedrespectively. The results show that the biomass is not only beneficial to the improvement of the dewatering performance of oily sludge, but also influencepyrolysis products. Such as beneficial to the formation of CH4 and CO in the non condensing gas, improve the calorific value of pyrolysis residue and control the composition of the polluted gas from residue incineration. The presence of Fe/Al-pillared bentoniteas catalyst effectively improve pyrolysis oil recovery rate. The pyrolysis oil recovery rate can be increased from 29.23% to 64.29% in optimum dosage of 4.0 wt%0.5-Fe/Al-pillared. In addition, the presence of the catalyst is beneficial to the promotion of combustible gas in non condensing gas and the desulfurization of pyrolysis residues. In conclusion, the catalytic pyrolysis treatment of oily sludge is only make the oil sludge are recycled and utilized, but also get some economic benefit.
