The current focus on environmental issues and legislative protection gradually strengthened,while the rapid economic development,based on the thermal power in the air pollutant emission standards have more stringent requirements.In some foreign advanced countries,to better prevent acid rain and other pollution incidents,has long been the limit of nitrogen oxide emissions,have developed a more stringent standards to limit nitrogen oxide emissions.Now China has a new height in the electricity needs,which will bring more coal combustion,followed by more nitrogen oxides emissions,it is necessary to strengthen the control of nitrogen oxide emissions.At present,most of the power plants have been introduced to the desulfurization equipment for desulfurization operations,but there is no control of nitrogen oxides equipment,which in large part brought about a serious problem of nitrogen oxide pollution.According to the current environmental report,it is known that the contribution of nitrogen oxides is increasing during the formation of acid rain.Therefore,there is need to strengthen the control of nitrogen oxides and legislation.In this paper,based on a power plant a 1,2 denitrification system transformation project,mainly carried out the following research work: First of all well-known companies at home and abroad(British Bo Kiluo,Eastern Boiler,Mitsubishi,Alstom,etc.)SCR process And the application status of the device and market share of the investigation,and then according to the different control methods and principles of the pollutant analysis and comparison,which different principles of low NOx combustion technology,selective catalytic reduction,selective non-catalytic denitrification SNCR/SCR mixed flue gas denitration technology,etc.,but also on the specific method of operation were discussed and explored.The final denitrification principle is selective catalytic reduction followed by a discussion of the side reactions occurring in the main reaction followed by the formation of the final denitrification system and equipment.Based on the above discussion,the design scheme of the denitrification unit was completed.Through the study of parameter adjustment and control strategy during denitrification operation,the system results after low NOx combustion and denitrification are analyzed and discussed,and then the deficiencies in the process are analyzed according to the results.The denitrification operation and control strategy can provide some theoretical and data support for the similar capacity units in the same industry.
