Nowadays,physical simulation dish monitoring method is mostly used in the operation and management of the electric distribution network of oil field's production plant.On account of the increasing output of oil field as well as the expansible scale of the electric distribution network,it is increasingly hard to be maintained for the 6KV's circuit physical simulation dish.Although the microcomputer substation is growing popularity,one should refer through telephone for electric data to the watch keeper in electrical substation.Meanwhile,the data is hardly to be shared and lack of instantaneity,with the low-level automation of the electric power dispatching,it is hard to meet the needs of refined management.In electric dispatching,work ticket is still transacted by means of manual operation.This pattern of management is low-effective and labor intensive,whose work task is difficult in consulting and reserving,which restricted the improvement of management level.In the context of the demand of No.3 Oil Production Company of Daqing Oilfield Corp.Ltd.,the paper develops a comprehensive analysis platform of grid calls and electricity,which is based on ASP.NET,building a systematic structure model that combines B/S and C/S.According to the scheduling regulation rules of Daqing Oilfield,the aim of electric grids management is commanding operation and handling of the accident.In accordance with the work scope of electrical control management,this paper extracts some compatible activities from tasks such as the application of electric dispatching that aims at system diagram and making out work tickets.Therefore,three applications are developed including electric dispatching management system,electric dispatching work tickets' management system and geographic information display system of reticular electric distribution network.These systems possess functions such as standardization of electric distribution system diagrams,making the management standards of structural and unstructured data body,bidirectional inquiring of electric system,workflow customizing of electric distribution,transaction of electric distribution work tickets,examining and approving of electric distribution on internet,personalization of electric distribution work tickets,business reminding of workflow,the real-time-data acquisition of microcomputer substation,and so on.My study shows that the establishment of the electric distribution comprehensive analysis platform,which promotes the information management of distribution network,has advanced functional departments' management and work efficiency,thus improves the security and economy of the network.Meanwhile,electrical equipment's information database has been built,which helps realizing inquiring and maintaining of distribution network's messages as well as promoting the information management of distribution network.The informational management and the cooperative work platform(tickets circulation on the internet)have shorten the overhaul and fault handling time,ensuring powerfully electric security for the oilfield exploitation and the stable production of crude oil.
