Wireless data acquisition system can achieve real-time monitoring of water level, so that the staff can grasp the dynamic changes of underground water damage, and make timely prediction and treatment. Therefore, it is very important to accurate analysis the reliability of wireless data acquisition system. The reliability of wireless data acquisition system to ensure the safety of the coal mining industry has a very important significance.Firstly, the paper detailed comprehensive study of the structures and production process of the various components of the wireless data acquisition system. The reliability index of wireless data acquisition system is determined, which provide the basis for reliability analysis of the system.Secondly, in the reliability analysis of wireless data acquisition system, this paper based on the structure and process of each component system to research the failure mode of system, and to determine the cause of the failure, then by the fault tree analysis to analyze the reliability of wireless data acquisition system, calculation system top event failure rate is 0.582 × 10-3, so that the overall system's failure rate is high.Then, the paper use the graphical way to represent the relationship between the parts, and establish the reliability block diagram of each component.According to the reliability block diagram of each component is to establish the reliability block diagram of the overall system. Establish the reliability model based on reliability block diagram of each component. The paper achieves the system for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally, solve the reliability of the model. Analysis of reliability model, reliability model includes two constraints of system reliability and total cost, according to these two constraints to get the best the failure rate of each component, so as to obtain maximum reliability, which is essentially reliability allocation problems, and system reliability allocation problem is detailed analysised to find the most suitable method to solve system reliability allocation model. Using matlab programming to solve reliability model, get optimal allocation failure rate so as to obtain the minimum cost and maximum reliability in meeting the constraints.
