In the process control of copper Synthesis furnace, the set of all sorts of operating parameters is determined according to experience of the technical staff, manual adjustment, Which is totally depended on operator controlling mode, restricted copper synthesis furnace technical and economic indexes of ascension.Using the computer optimization control instead of manual operation control completely will reduce the man-made factors on the effects of the smelting technology and equipment in order to furtherly promote copper synthesis furnace level to lay the foundation.Copper synthesis furnace computer control system is a complete online closed-loop control system.The system is through real-time acquisition DCS production data and laboratory analysis data, according to the process parameters changing, automatic/manual startup mathematical model calculation.This system can realize the online value control and achieve the goal of optimal control.Controlling the whole system includes two parts-the feedforward and feedback. Feedforward part is according to production plan, raw materials. In the target, controlling variables is to calculate the best setting of the operating variables, and to set the instrument output;Feedback part,according to the measured values of control variables,is to calculate the operating variables which are revised, to modify the setting value, and to lead to the target control variables, so that the production is under computer control.
