The Study Of Minced-meat Product Texture Model Base System

Minced meat product is important part of meat.It is welcomed by the majority of consumers because of its rich nutrition and unique flavor.Compared minced meat products in our country with the developed countries,the quality and texture of the products show some instability.The research on the textural of minced meat products is of great significance in solving many problems of minced meat products industry in China.With the development of production practice and scientific research on minced meat products,there has been proposed a lot of texture model and the number and scale of the model are increasing gradually.The texture model of minced meat products is a special model which can reflect the various internal and external factors in the meat products production process of effects on texture.The research depended on computer technology and model base theory to develop and implement a texture model base system of minced meat products,which assisted texture properties control,improve the efficiency of the existing model,strengthen management and maintenance of the existing model.The design of texture model system of minced meat products was proposed through collecting and arranging model,uniforming the model on the basis of characteristics of texture model,and the method of texture model base system was elaborated in the study.The paper determined the system requirement analysis and the division of system function modules,system framework design,system detailed design and system implementation.The texture model base system consisted of interface layer,business logic layer and data layer,and the multi fusion function structure was used in the data layer.The thought of object-oriented design model was used for the unified design and code implementation.The Microsoft Access was used to create and maintain the system database;The SQL language was used to realize the system on the operation of the database;The Visual Studio 2013 platform was used for system implementation;The C#programming language was used for interface design and programming.The texture model base system could realize texture models of query and call,and could add,modify,delete models in the model base.The system had an advantage in a friendlier man-machine interface,smaller system and lower error code.The texture model base system of minced meat products met the design requirements and possessed good user experience.Based on the texture model base system of the minced meat products,texture prediction system and texture decision system will be constructed in the future.Some problems in production could be solved by the resource of the model base.The paper tried to construct the sharing service platform of the minced-meat texture model database and realize free recombination and dynamic call for users.
