Research On Model Reconstruction Of Iron And Steel Production Planning And Scheduling System Based Knowledge

Under the background of the national supply side structure reform in the economic system of our country,the steel industry' goals is how to efficient,automate production and reduce the workload.Steel production scheduling model has the shortcoming of single type,complex structure,weak generality In order to reduce the repeat establishing model work of steel production scheduling workers,through study the model structure,knowledge expression,model of modular division,model knowledge integration and encapsulation,model reconstruction algorithm and so on.A scheduling model reconstruction system of iron and steel production is built,at the same time,it achieved the steel scheduling model automatic generation.Using object oriented knowledge representation framework to represent steel production planning and scheduling model,description model modular division and model parameter standard expression,research model knowledge inference and integration framework and model module encapsulation algorithm system structure.Study on the characteristics of the model,structure and hierarchy,constructs the model classification method based on scheduling problem,research the reconstruction relationship between the models,proposed model reconstruction algorithm and rules based on improved set operation.Built the model evaluation mechanism based on user satisfaction,it is feasibility and effectiveness with the method of reconstruction results by constructing evaluation function and evaluation rule.Finally,this paper uses the software development language Java,the software development tool Eclipse,the small relational database Mysql to develop the steel scheduling model reconstruction system.The model reconstruction system effectiveness is verified by a reconstruction example.
