In recent years,with the development of society and economic progress,the application of plastic products more and more widely,the performance requirements of the injection molding machine is also getting higher and higher."Energy efficient,efficient,precision" to become the pursuit of various business goals,as the most widely used elbow-type hydraulic injection molding machine quickly became the focus of people.It not only has the speed shift mode,good clamping performance,the system rigidity and other advantages,and easy to produce,low prices,become the priority of each enterprise products.Based on the toggle type hydraulic injection molding machine,this paper expatiates the composition of the toggle type injection molding machine,the classification and working flow of the clamping device.In view of the open mold vibration problem,the design of both the quick opening and closing mold,Vibration hydraulic system,and use AMESim hydraulic simulation software to simulate the design of the hydraulic system,the results are optimized.The advantages and disadvantages of several control systems are briefly introduced and compared.The hydraulic system can obtain smooth flow and reduce the energy consumption.Finally,the servo pump control system is selected and the mathematical model of the servo pump control system is established.In the case of inertia,it is easy to cause hydraulic shock at the end of mold opening.It compares the characteristics of several common in-cylinder buffer structures in detail,and finally chooses the ladder-type throttling throttle buffer and establishes a complete mathematical model.In order to ensure the precision of the injection molding machine during the mold opening process,the vibration and shock are small,the precision of the shift mode is improved,and several buffer circuits are designed and analyzed in detail.Finally,the buffer circuit For the best solution.And the injection molding machine with clamping force of 6500 KN is taken as the research object.The speed,displacement and load are analyzed,and the parameters in the process of shifting are calculated in detail.The components on the hydraulic system are selected and optimized.Technical model of hydraulic system of toggle type injection molding machine.According to the design of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic simulation software AMESim is used to build the simulation model,the parameters are set,the performanceof the hydraulic system is simulated,and the simulation results are optimized.The hydraulic system with perfect performance is obtained,and the results are obtained.Production has a guiding role.
