In traditional design for frame type hydraulic press,there are some diffcultyneed to be solved,such as long and tedious of design,hard to change the structrueand high demand for technicist. Hydraulic Press Rapid Design System wasproposed for those problems. According to the parametric design idea, All designsteps of frame type hydraulic press were parameterized integration, and putforward to solve the problem in parametric of complex structure,which is hard tohandle due to the large data and complex relation in the structure, with Excel serverso that reduceing difficulty to develop this system.Mean while,‘Skeleton typemodel design method’and ‘arrangement diagram’were proposed to make the systemmore directly and humanized.this system can realize the automation of hydraulicdesign in3d graphics,2d drawings and finite element analysis results generation.In the study of commonly used hydraulic buffer circuit, the mathematicalmodel was built and proceeded preliminary simulation with Matlab/Simulink.Deform software was used to analysis important parameters-cutting force in thebuffer circuit study, so as to optimize the hydraulic buffer circuit simulationmodel,which provides theory basis to design hydraulic buffer circuit.
