As an important part of oilfield production,oil gas gathering and transportation system has been a major energy consuming and has great energy saving space.At present,the deterministic operational parameter optimization model is usually used to guide the production in order to reduce the energy consumption of the system.However,using deterministic optimization method to solve the problem of energy system has certain limitations because of some parameters are uncertain such as oil solidifying point and the gathering system contains fuzzy composition.To solve this problem,carrying out the operation parameters fuzzy optimization technology research based on the double-tube mixing hot water used in oil gathering and transportation system and has achieved the following results:Firstly,the structure characteristics of double-tube mixing hot water pipeline network are analyzed.Combined with hydraulic and thermal model,the parameters and structure of pipe network are described by binary tree.On this basis,the calculation method of pipe network parameters based on binary tree data structure is established,using the method can simulate the operation of the pipe network.This method has advantages of less resource occupation,less storage space etc.Secondly,with the aim of optimizing the energy cost of transfer station,combined with the calculation method of the binary tree network parameter,the optimization model of deterministic production operation parameters is established.The model is a highly nonlinear and constrained optimization problems,so some solution variables were reduced by hierarchical clustering and some constraints were eliminated by exterior penalty function before solving,then using genetic algorithm to solve the model.Further,based on the deterministic parameter optimization model,using membership function to describe return oil temperature and pressure in wellhead,the fuzzy optimization model was established.The model is a fuzzy nonlinear optimization problem with deterministic object and fuzzy constraints,which the optimal level set method was used that original proposition was converted into two deterministic optimization problems,and then the solving method of deterministic model was used to solve the model.Finally,based on the above research results,the “Fuzzy Optimization Platform for Operating Parameters in Double-Tube Mixing Hot Water System” was developed.The software can realize the deterministic and fuzzy optimization of the operation parameters of the double-tube mixing hot water gathering and transportation system.This software was used to optimize the two blocks in Daqing oilfield and the results show that the deterministic and fuzzy optimization are obviously superior to the actual production before optimization,but the fuzzy model with a smaller space for further optimization.Fuzzy optimization is compared with deterministic,mixing water and power consumption increased slightly,gas consumption and the cost of energy in transfer station reduced.
