This article appeared in the process of sulfur in the pipeline transportation of static security problems were studied systematically,first we analyzed that sulfur powder in pipeline transportation is the process of static electricity is the essence of sulfur powder,and pipeline friction and sulfur powder in the pipe motion state determines its produce static electricity.this paper applied Fluent software on its motion is simulated,and according to the pipe length,diameter changes,the simulation results of the camber,adopt the method of laboratory tests of sulphur powder in electrostatic pipeline friction and pipeline length change,obtained in the size of the different lengths of pipe friction electrostatic law;Then the sulfur powder in different pipe diameter,pipe bend,the pipeline conveying pipeline mutation produce static electricity change rule was studied,and the sulfur powder in the pipeline transport of different humidity change rule of static electricity were studied.Based on Fluent simulation software and laboratory tests show that the sulfur powder in the process of conveying,sulfur powder movement in the pipe friction produced by static electricity increases with the increase of pipe length,before to powder electrostatic saturated,sulfur powder conveying is closely relative to the static electricity and the pipeline length,and maintain a growth trend;In the sulfur powder conveying system,pipe bend,the more the greater the static electricity produced;the sulfur powder in large pipe produced by electrostatic smaller;Humidity is bigger,the smaller the static;Mutations in diameter can effectively reduce sulfur powder in conveying process of static electricityBased upon the research above,the paper proposed the sulfur powder in the process of conveying reduce electrostatic method.
