The hydrocyclone is a kind of rely on centrifugal separation device,it is through mutual miscibility of the density difference between the two kinds of medium to separate.In recent years,the purpose of the hydrocyclone is the main development for solid-liquid separation to the liquid-liquid separation,liquid-liquid-solid separation and gas-liquid-solid three phase separation.The study of the hydrocyclone is applied to oilfield produced fluid and oil field sewage treatment in many oil fields in our country,from the current situation,it has shown a good application prospect.This paper combined with the real situation of oilfield production type for deoiling hydrocyclone separator was carried out by related experiment research.Due to the loss of fluid pressure in the hydrocyclone separator to achieve separation,not only in the study of its separation characteristics,but also the pressure loss of a variety of research and analysis.In this paper,the separation mechanism of cyclone separator is analyzed and discussed in detail.The influence of different overflow diameter and overflow pipe length on the separation efficiency of cyclone separator is analyzed.By using FLUENT fluid dynamics software,the main structure of hydrocyclone prototype,the internal flow field of hydrocyclone pressure distribution RNG k-? turbulence model,velocity and fluid flow were simulated based on the analysis results provide a reference basis for the structural optimization of cyclone separator design data.The influence of the structural parameters of the hydrocyclone separation effect,this paper also makes a detailed analysis and design,supporting several different techniques,the cyclone separator system was analyzed by using laboratory experiments.Combining with the production practice,carried out in Daqing oilfield production in small scale sewage treatment of cyclone separator and matching process of applied research,through comparative experiments,we can see that in the actual situation,the hydrocyclone could oily wastewater from oil is more than 90%,can better meet the requirements of oilfield sewage treatment.
