The research on ecosystem health in Karst mountain area is still in the initial stage,and there is less research on Ecological City Construction in Karst mountain area.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the construction of ecological city and ecological system,health management,according to the city's ecological characteristics in mountainous area of Karst,in accordance with the requirements of eco city and landscape forest lake community life,through the health evaluation of Guiyang city landscape forest lake community life,combined with the status quo of ecosystem management in Guiyang city the present situation,the construction of eco city of Guiyang,put forward Guiyang city ecosystem adaptive management model based on the perspective of ecological city construction,Guiyang city in the new period of eco city construction to provide the theoretical guide.(1)through the analysis of the concept and connotation of ecological city and ecological system adaptive management,this paper points out that the adaptive management of urban ecosystem is a new idea of ecological city construction in the new period.Then the adaptive management of city ecosystem the meaning,essence,characteristics,basic concept of the framework,pointed out several steps including adaptive management and continuous cycle: the key problem of evaluation;the clear objectives;through learning and communication is determined to achieve the goal of design;and to determine the best plan and implement the monitoring and;evaluation;adjustment scheme.(2)the paper analyzes the current situation of eco city construction in Guiyang city from two aspects of health and ecosystem management of Guiyang City: 1.Summarize the characteristics of the landscape Hayashida Lake community of life in Karst mountainous area of Guiyang City,and then from the mountain,water,forest structure safety,security and function of farmland water environmental five subsystems to construct the evaluation index system of ecological system Guiyang city health.The correlation coefficient method was used to determine the weight of each index,and the evolution of ecosystem health in Guiyang city from 2002 to 2014 was calculated by using the comprehensive index method.The results show that the ecosystem health of Guiyang city has fluctuated,but it shows a good trend.The landscape forest lake comprehensive index increased by 23.3%,the first after the deterioration of structural index improved,water safety index and forest function index increased in fluctuation,rise were 29.1% and 34.1%,water environmental index and farmland protection index increased significantly,respectively 66.1% and 64.3%.At the same time,the correlation analysis of the structure and environment index index not related to the use of SPSS software,a weak correlation with water security index,strong function,security index and forest land correlation,the correlation coefficients were 0.043,0.237,0.486,0.476;water safety index and water environmental index correlation coefficient reached 0.832,extremely positive correlation strong correlation coefficient;index,and forest land security function index were-0.594,-0.801,has strong negative correlation;the correlation coefficient of forest and farmland protection index,function index and environmental index were-0.630 and-0.441,negatively correlation;correlation coefficient between cultivated land protection and water environmental index index was 0.526 that showed positive correlation;Guiyang City Tian on the landscape forest in the construction of Ecological City Lake Integrated ecosystem management coordination is not strong.Through the analysis of the current situation of ecosystem management in Guiyang City,find the existing management departments,difficult coordination;coordination between various planning,lack of unified planning;operation and management,used once and for all means and methods of supervision;backward,weak adaptability;low public participation,improve the ecosystem management issues to be protected consciousness.(3)according to the ecosystem health of Guiyang city and the problems of ecosystem management,ecosystem management and ecological adaptability of the city combined with the coordinated development of Guiyang city landscape forest lake comprehensive system of life as the goal,the ecosystem of Guiyang City,put forward the adaptive management mode from the perspective of ecological city construction from the planning scheme,adaptive planning adaptability the implementation of adaptive management,monitoring system,ecosystem adaptive management evaluation,adaptive planning adjustment in five aspects..(4)according to the needs of ecological city construction and management,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of Urban Ecosystem Suitability management,in order to grasp the situation of urban ecosystem adaptive management in real time.At the same time,this paper puts forward three adaptive management and adjustment models of ecological adaptability,which are spatial adaptability and scope adjustment,target adaptability and planning measures adjustment,time adaptability and planning cycle adjustment.
