| Belt conveyor is the main coal conveying equipment in collieries.To collieries that have been exploited for years,the geological condit ions get more complex and there often appears the phenomenon that former belt conveyor get unable to adapt to the production conditions.In order to broaden the using range as well as to enhance the using efficiency,conduct an adaptability transformation of belt conveyor has become a must.This paper,by designing short-distance rock transporting equipment and belt conveyor mandatory turning device,has successfully achieved the short-distance transporting and turning movement of extensible belt conveyor.And by conducting PLC programe of the purchased centralized control system of conveyor,has guaranteed the high adaptability between system and production condit ions,thus offering equipment support to the conveying of coal and rock in DP collieries.1)Short-distance rock conveying equipment is transformed based on the DSJ80 extensible belt conveyor.Through redesigning the handpiece and tensioning gear and choosing proper actuating device,the paper has solved the problem of rock conveying in short-distance tunnels.2)Combined with the index of belt conveyor turning point idler set general structure,a universal belt conveyor mandatory turning device with install vertical rolls is designed.In small-angle turning,by modelling each index of general structure through install vertical rolls,the optional turn is achieved;in the large-angle turning,through extension vertical roll and compression roller,the mandatory turning is achieved.3)By developing the PLC program,a set of belt conveyor centralized control system on working face suited to DP collieries working mode is worked out.It has cut down the purchasing and maintenance cost,and increased the system’s tackling ability.The achievements of the adaptability technology transformation of mine belt conveyor have been successfully applied in DP collieries and have functioned well and reached the design requirements,providing necessary equipment ensurance for production. |
