Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of Measurement System Of Coal Preparation Plant

According to the requirement of international quality system standard and measurement management system toward MSA,the basic theory of the measurement system analysis is introduced systematically, this paper carry out the work of the Measurement Systems Analysis For the measurement system which used in the production process of M coal preparation plant.The evaluation indexes and algorithms of the measurement system analysis are analyzed and discussed. The measurement system and the attribute measurement system are evaluated and evaluated respectively according to the actual cases, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Among them, the detection ability of the metrological measurement system is divided into three levels -underground ash, coal ash plant and ash in the coal washing plant. The detection capability of the attribute measurement system is tested and designed. To analyze. The data processing of the thesis will use the software Minitab,its professional quality analysis software; this simplifies the complicated calculation process of data analysis, greatly reducing the barriers to the promotion of measurement systems analysis in the enterprise.In this paper, it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the measurement and evaluation of the measurement capability of the coal-based testing equipment and the detection capability of the attribute-type measurement system formed by the people. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) The method of ensuring the quality of coal quality measurement system or equipment of coal preparation plant, as well as other industry measurement system capacity evaluation or error processing methods, and analysis of the applicability of these methods;(2) Studied the characteristics or particularity of the measurement system analysis in the coal preparation plant;(3) Taking the M Coal Preparation Plant as an example, the detailed implementation steps of the analysis and evaluation of the measurement system are described in detail, and the capacity of the metering and attribute measurement system of the coal preparation plant is evaluated and analyzed. And the conclusion that the measurement system can not be accepted; the attribute type measurement system recognizes that the effectiveness of the measurement system consisting of three inspectors is in urgent need of improvement.(4) Through the analysis of the evaluation results of the measurement and attribute type measurement system, the strategy and method of improving the measurement system are put forward, and the comparison is made before and after, which reflects the validity of the measurement analysis.
