Research And Application On The Methods Of Measurement System Analysis

Measurement System Analysis is an important work of the enterprise quality improvement. Industry and academia have paid enough attention to Measurement System Analysis. Measurement System Analysis has also become one of the key elements of the three major U.S. automobile company's quality system named QS9000, and is also planning an important role in six sigma quality program.In this dissertation, methods of mathematical statistics are used to analysis and study the theoretical basis of measurement systems analysis. The count-based measurement system and the attribute measurement system were systematically analyzed and studied in this thesis. For an electronic components of the production base line's actual situation, this article introduces a detailed implementation plan in practical production line including the system background analysis, system data collection programs, data analysis methods for how to implement measurement system analysis. Based on the different analytical methods and parameters of the two kinds of measurement system, this dissertation also presents the improvement standards for measurement system and the qualified measurement system criteria and the possible reasons of the unqualified measurement system. According to the criteria of this dissertation, the results of data analysis are determined and reasons of different poor system were found out through the determination results. Finally improvement measures were proposed for different systems here and the measurement systems are re-evaluated to verify its validity.
