| With the development of industry,people have increasingly high demand on performance of forging hydraulic press.Proportional valve control system,closed type pump control system,compared with the DDVC electro-hydraulic servo system,the pump control system,can reduce the installed power,reduce the cooling oil supply system,simplify the system structure,can significantly improve the energy saving effect,and keep a high precision and stability of the advantage of strong response the traditional system.For the forging industry,has important theoretical significance to study the volume type pump controlled hydraulic control system characteristics,has the positive practical significance in the application of open pump free forging,forging,forging and other equipment in the control of forging press hydraulic control system.The forging hydraulic press has the characteristics of time variation,and the process condition is random,so the hydraulic control system has the characteristics of high precision control under different load and process conditions.In this paper,the open die forging hydraulic press pump control system as the research object,using the method of theoretical analysis combined with experimental study,the characteristics,the proportion of variable radial plunger pump hydraulic system of forging characteristics and timevarying load characteristics as the basis,to open forging oil press pump control study of the dynamic characteristics of long pipeline system control system,analysis system control method and response characteristics.According to the system of pipeline system dynamic performance control problem of forging oil pump controlled press,research of variable pump outlet pressure,variable pump characteristics,forging load,hydraulic cylinder position control of the characteristics of the influence,through the method of mathematical derivation of pressure frequency characteristic,lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the forging oil press open pump control the pipeline characteristics of hydraulic system.Includes the establishment of hydraulic system model of long pipeline,frequency domain analysis system,a feedforward compensation control method of composite control,integrated forging load characteristics of long pipeline system of forging process with load pressure rise caused by slow pressure insufficient improvement.The validity of the control method for the dynamic characteristics of the long pipeline system with complex control is verified by the experimental platform of 0.6MN forging hydraulic press. |
