Forging capacity is a symbol of a country's industrial level.Forging has a very important proportion in high-end equipment,such as high-speed railway,military aircraft,passenger aircraft,ships,aero-engines,so it is of great significance to improve the forging level.Open circuit pump-controlled forging press system has the advantages of energy saving,fast response and good flow matching.However,due to the strong non-linearity in hydraulic system,the linear control method based on classical control theory cannot meet the high-end equipment's demand for forging accuracy.Therefore,this paper will focus on the influence of nonlinear factors on position control accuracy of Open circuit pump-controlled forging press system,and how to compensate for these factors.The researches are as follows:(1)The mathematical model of pump is established by mechanism modeling method and test the original.Correction of mathematical Model based on test results.The obtained mathematical model is compared with the experimental test results to verify the reliability of the obtained mathematical model and lay a good foundation for subsequent research.(2)Using the sensitivity analysis theory to analyze the influence of nonlinear factors on the position control characteristics of the hydraulic system of the open circuit pump-controlled forging press system,and use the computer simulation tool to calculate the sensitivity simulation results.Determine the main factors affecting the position control characteristics of the open circuit pump-controlled forging press system,and provide guidance for controller design(3)Aiming at the problem of low position control accuracy of open pump controlled hydraulic press caused by nonlinear factors,that nonlinear factors are compensated based on disturbance observation and ARC control method.(4)Based on 0.6MN open circuit pump-controlled forging press system test bench,verification of sensitivity analysis of nonlinear factors in open circuit pump-controlled forging press system and contrastive validation of ARC controller and PID controller.
