Coal mine production safety situation is grim frequent accidents,causing serious casualties and property losses.Relevant data display,more than 80% of coal mine safety accidents caused by human factors.How to make the miners in the ideological,emotional and psychological identity and investment in enterprise safety production,as a member of the enterprise involved in the safety responsibility and obligation is an urgent thing.It is generally believed that the unsafe behavior is one of the main causes of coal mine production safety accidents.In the field of security behavior,there are two views on the existing research: One is based on the individual,that is,the individual’s cognition and behavior;the other is the emphasis on the organizational environment,that is,the individual in the organization’s internal security environment formed by the organization’s safety management.Due to the different research perspectives,support theory and other factors,the study of human safety in mine is relatively independent.Firstly,there is no unified understanding of the interaction between the factors;secondly,it is not enough to consider the linear relationship between the various factors and the safety behavior in the existing research.In the construction of the causal model,we should consider multiple factors such as the interference variable and the intermediary variable.As the strength of the employee’s identity and participation in the safety production of the enterprise,the safety pledge provides the possibility to explore the mechanism of how to intervene and influence the safety behavior.In view of this,this paper constructs a model of the impact mechanism of the security commitment on the security behavior,and studies the mediating role of the security awareness in the security commitment and security behavior and the moderating effect of organizational management.In this paper,the author investigates and analyzes the coal mine workers in many coal mines in china.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:⑴Based on social exchange theory,hierarchy of needs theory and interaction.This paper summarizes the formation process and mechanism of coal miners’ safety commitment,put forward a new index system and the latent variables are divided into 5 dimensions.⑵ The factors affecting the safety commitment of the miners and the establishment of the index system,discussion on how to intervene and influence people’s safety behavior".The establishment of mediation model including 4 aspects: safety commitment,safety awareness,safety behavior and organizational management.⑶ With the help of statistical software,regression analysis is used to quantify the relationship of the collected questionnaire data.Response bias test and correlation analysis,the correlation of each evaluation index to the evaluation object was obtained,and then the regression analysis was used to determine the mechanism of the effect of the security commitment on the outcome variables.⑷The study shows that both the total safety commitment indicators and other factors have a significant positive impact on the miners’ safety behavior;Safety awareness plays a partial mediating effect in the process of security commitment affecting safety behavior;the mediating role of organizational management in the positive regulation of safety awareness in safety commitment to safety behavior.It provides a new angle for the measurement of coal miners’ safety identification and participation.
