Continuous casting machine is the central link of steel making.The design of automatic control system of continuous casting machine is based on the mature technology of domestic and abroad and some beneficial experiences of existing caster.According to the requirements of continuous casting machine,the mould hydraulic non sinusoidal vibration,mould on-line width,mold expert system,mould level control system,electromagnetic stirring technology are used,and the control system is designed.The control curve mathematical calculation of ladle turret,the principle of electromagnetic stirring and the PID control algorithm of the mold level control system are studied.Using the SIEMENS series inverter for strand withdraw,the principle of casting tracing and the calculation method of load sharing are studied.The principle of building automation control system is studied,using automatic control theory and programmable control technology to build the overall framework of the continuous casting automation control system.Combined with the engineering practice,the design of the automatic control system of continuous casting machine is designed by the combination of the PLC basic automation and process control.The network topology and software system of the automatic control system are designed.The equipment configuration and communication of the basic automation and process automation system are completed.The application of a variety of mainstream and advanced control method in slab continuous casting machine,improves the automation control level,reduces the artificial influence factors on slab quality,ensures the operation rate of the casting machine,and achieves good economic benefits in the market competition.
