With the progress of science and the rapid development of industrial technology,people's requirements on the economy and flexibility of hydraulic press are getting higher and higher..The traditional hydraulic press has long design and manufacturing cycle,expensive price and low efficiency,which is far from meeting the requirements of industrial development.In this paper,120 T economic hydraulic press is designed for the pressure forming of small batch and multi-variety sheet metal parts,and the key technology is studied deeply.This paper is based on the design principle of hydraulic press,with reference to a lot of hydraulic press structure and hydraulic system experience design.First,according to the requirements of the hydraulic press working condition,the hydraulic system of the120 T hydraulic press is designed and calculated.Then,the structure of 120 T hydraulic press is designed by the main technical parameters of the hydraulic press,and the three-dimensional model of each component is built by Solidworks.The stress and stiffness of the mechanism are analyzed by ANSYS workbench software,and its stress distribution and strain distribution are obtained to find the components with rich strength and stiffness,which provides the basis for the structural design of the hydraulic press body.The modal analysis of the hydraulic press is carried out,and the natural frequency and vibration mode are found,the vibration of each order natural frequency is analyzed,in order to providing data support for the structural optimization design and improvement of the hydraulic press body.In view of the hydraulic press during the use of hydraulic lock reliability problems,we use the AMESim software to establish the simulation model of H-type and Y-type neutral electromagnetic valve,and analyze the pressure of the working oil port when electromagnetic valve is in middle,and the impact on the hydraulic lock.Finally,we build the simulation model of hydraulic system by means of AMESim software,analyzed the energy consumption of constant power variable pump,constant pressure variable pump and graded variable pump in hydraulic system of hydraulic press,and selected the most energy-efficient grading variable pump hydraulic system according to power matching.And the pressure characteristics of the working port and the flow-pressure characteristic of the variable-variable pump are validated by experiments.,and the simulation results are verified by comparison with the experiment results.
