Design Of Electric Control System For 1850mm Double Stand Aluminum Mill

Aluminum Alloy strip production process is the last cold,is Aluminum Alloy strip product performance,size precision and surface quality of the key procedure of the control,therefore,the cold rolling process will directly affect the use effect of the product;in addition is the direction of development of cold rolling mill,through the research of aluminum cold rolling mill electric control technology,has an important significance to improve the yield and quality of Aluminum Alloy cold-rolled products.In this paper,the design and debugging of the electrical control system of the 1850 mm dual frame aluminum cold rolling mill of a certain aluminum group cold rolling mill is carried out:(1)First fully understand the configuration system based on the device,a detailed description of the double stand cold rolling mill machinery and equipment configuration,sensor configuration and functional requirements of the cold rolling mill,lay the foundation for the design of electrical control system of the next step.(2)According to the characteristics and technology of cold rolling mill,the SIEMENS S7 400 PLC+TDC as the lower computer control system,complete the hardware design of the control system of electrical,and the structure of PROFIBUS fieldbus and Ethernet network,the formation of the monitoring unit.(3)Based on the control system hardware design,SIEMENS STEP7 software development platform based on PLC is used to complete the unit line logic,auxiliary equipment,fluid and uncoiler and coiler control,using TDC hydraulic servo control system and tension control and even rolling mill thickness control system software.(4)Through the comparison of the existing common configuration software,using InTouch configuration software to wonderware company as the human-machine interface development platform of the system,realize the continuous cold rolling mill real-time data on-line monitoring,parameter setting,historical data recording and fault alarm function.
