With the increasing of coal deep mining,deep rock mechanics properties and mechanical environment have changed,in deep high stress,high mining resulted roadway deformation and deformation increases of workface,strongly influence on the coal mine safety and high efficiency mining influence.Working face mining overburden movement law is the roadway deep mining face supporting pressure distribution and overlying strata activity,in essence,is also caused by a variety of complex factors in the comprehensive role of the mine pressure appeared.Based on the four level of Fangezhuang Coal Mine 4171 s mining face background,combining with the mechanical theory and numerical simulation,the pressure and roadway supporting theory was study.Based on the analysis of masonry beam theory,it was found along with the coal mining face roof and immediate roof caving has not finished filling the goaf,the initial fracture distance of 11 m roof,roof induced by mining large span beam,the establishment of the initial fracture distance formula,combined with the support resistance monitoring the working face,the working resistance of support to adapt to the requirements of mining was analyzed,through the analysis of resistance calculation,cycle pressure step was 10.6m.Through numerical simulation and field monitoring of 4171 s working face mining roadway deformation,bearing pressure were analyzed,deep working face mining affected areas was obtained,roadway influence scope in front of the working face roadway 37 m,lateral abutment pressure peak area in 5-10 m.Based on the analysis of roadway stability control,the roadway stability control theory was put forward,Fangezhuang Coal mine coal pillar roadway layout in 9m,locked in lower stress area.Through mining roof movement and roadway support of Fangezhuang Coal mine working face 4171 s,the Fangezhuang mine deep mining overburden strata and deep roadway deformation control method was study,provided a scientific basis for the work of Fangezhuang Coal mine deep mining.
