For a long time,for the development and control of mine pressure in coal seam mining,domestic and foreign scholars have studied the single coal seam working face of general mining conditions,and for the mining pressure law in the process of close coal seam mining,the research mainly focuses on close mining.Under the condition of the layout and support method of the lower coal seam roadway,there are relatively few studies on the mining pressure law of the close coal seam working face.In this paper,aiming at the technical problems faced by the mining of 7706 working face of Yaoqiao Coal Mine of China Coal Group Daxie Company,the research on mine pressure monitoring and surrounding rock control technology of 7706 working face is proposed.Firstly,the engineering geological conditions of the China Coal Dagu Coal Mine and the 7706 working face were analyzed in depth,and the geological structure of the China Coal Datun Coal Mine,including its coal seam distribution,water inflow and aquifer analysis,and in-depth exploration of the impact mining The factors,and the analysis of the basic situation of the 7706 working face of China Coal Datun Coal Mine,including its relationship with the well,coal seam distribution,coal seam roof and floor,service parameters of the working face and other parameters of the working face.The support design of 7706 working face was carried out,and the roof management of the working face was analyzed,including the supporting method of the roof during normal working period and the roof management method before and after the stoppage,and the two aspects of the working face and the exit were analyzed.The roof management method includes the management of the work surface material path,the roof management of the slideway,and the safety exit of the work surface.Secondly,combined with the engineering geological conditions of the 7706 working face of the China Coal Datun Coal Mine,a mine pressure observation program was designed.An observation station was arranged at intervals of 15 intervals on the working face.A total of 5 observation stations were arranged,and one test was arranged every 5 frames.The line makes statistical observations on the roof condition of the coal mining face.The in-depth analysis of the initial pressure characteristics of the working face was carried out,and the characteristics of the working surface cycle pressure were analyzed,including the basis of the top plate cycle pressure determination,the top plate cycle pressure judgment,the periodic pressure step distance statistical analysis,the periodic pressure strength and The pressure characteristics of the top plate of different parts are analyzed.The distribution of the pressure of the advancing support in the stope and its influence are analyzed in depth,including the measurement of the distribution range of the leading support pressure and the influence of the advancing support pressure on the deformation of the roof.Finally,the optimization method of mining roadway support is expounded,and the numerical simulation method of support optimization is explored.Based on the analysis results of the support and mine pressure observation of China Coal Datun Coal Mine,the support is optimized for some of its shortcomings.Design and analyze the supporting method and parameters of the track and track in the working face,and determine that the 7706 track is a rectangular roadway,and the small coal pillar with 6.5m is left in the upper goaf.The bolt + steel ladder + steel mesh + Anchor cable joint support,net width 5200 mm,net height 3800 mm,hair width 5400 mm,hair height 4000mm;further analyze the effect of track groove support,the results show:(1)the roof sinking amount is small,generally 15~ 80 mm,indicating that the "bolt + steel ladder + steel mesh + anchor cable" combined support can effectively control the stability of the roof.
