With the high voltage electrical equipment increasing in oil and petrochemical industry,in order to test the operation energy consumption and performance under different conditions,the electrical equipment must be online tested.But due to the lack of portable high voltage electric parameter online test equipment,the oil enterprises can not evaluate the performance of new high voltage electrical equipment and can not identify the high voltage electrical equipment that with high energy consumption,the portable high voltage electrical node online test technology and equipments are desiderated.In this thesis,from the view of oilfield actual application,by surveying the development status of high voltage test technology at home and abroad,the overall design scheme of high voltage node online test system that with DSP as the core is proposed.This thesis firstly expounds the basic electric parameters testing theory and methods,then focus on researching the testing theory and methods of electrical parameters with harmonics.In order to reduce spectral leakage and picket fence effect in traditional FFT algorithm,windowed interpolation FFT algorithm is used to measure the signal frequency and amplitude with harmonics,all phase FFT algorithm is applied to detecting the signal phase with no error in this thesis,MATLAB simulation results show that the use of this combination of the two methods can effectively measure the electrical parameters with harmonics.On the basis of the algorithm simulation,the high voltage electrical node online test system hardware and software systems are designed in this thesis.The transformation and transmission without distortion of voltage and current sensors under high voltage and strong electromagnetic interference environment are researched detailedly,the resistor divider voltage sensor and Rogowski coil current sensor based on PCB is also designed,and then designed the electrical parameters acquisition and processing circuit with DSP as the core,which uses DMA to achieve the synchronization acquisition and storage of three-phase voltage and current signal,and realizes high speed data transmission between the host computer by the network communication interface based on TCP/IP protocol.Finally the harmonic parameters analysis and management software of high voltage electrical node based on multi-dialog is developed,which realizes the high voltage electrical nodes electrical parameters display more intuitive,more specific and more vivid,and realizes the large capacity storage of electric parameter data through database technology,as well as provides the rich original data for the oilfield enterprise.The calibration test and field experiments show that the high voltage electrical node online test system designed in this thesis has high accuracy in measuring harmonic parameters,which has important significance in safety production and energy saving for oil enterprises from now on.
