Aluminum foil cutting machine is the finishing equipment in the aluminum foil processing.It is mainly used for the longitudinal shearing of aluminum foil after rolling aluminum strip rolling mill.How to ensure the stable tension control is the key technology in the winding control system of aluminum foil cutting machine.In this paper,a certain type of aluminum foil cutting machine as the background,in order to control the factors affecting the tension and how to improve the stability of the tension control is studied in depth.This research focuses on improving the precision of the winding tension control for the increasing accuracy requirement,based on the constant linear speed control system based on the analysis of tension roll,starting from Hooke's law and the dynamic torque balance principle of two main mechanism,a detailed analysis of the interaction between the tension relationship between each system and the tension and speed,the relationship between the structure diagram of the tension system;established the mathematical model of roll system.Through the simulation research on the dynamic compensation of inertia moment,theoretically and found out the reason affecting the precision and stability of tension system is not high;the PLC and continental DC controller as the core components of the control winding control scheme;on this basis,Taking the aluminum foil slitter as the research object,this paper analyzes in detail the electrical control elements such as DC motor and DC motor driver in the system,and the realization of the core control functions through the PLC control program and winding DC motor control system,including the coil diameter calculation,tension setting regulation,torque compensation,dynamic tension curve and material damage protection function.Using MATLAB simulation tools in the system,the simulation results show that the system speed,small overshoot,stable operation,in the actual application process,the system debugging process is greatly shortened,according to the proposed simulation optimization method is applied to the actual system has achieved good control effect?...
