Mainly types of accidents are mechanical damage,gas poisoning,electric shock injury and so on.In recent years,according to the state safety production supervision department statistics,the main reason of the accidents in rolling enterprise shows in these ways: employees are unfamiliar with safety regulations and operating techniques,the implementation is not in place.How to eliminate potential safety problems in rolling production has become an important subject in rolling mill safety.Therefore,in-depth study of evaluation index system and evaluation method for steel rolling safety production evaluation are imperative.Based on the present situation of Hangang middle plate plant steel rolling production,and application of safety engineering theory in identification and analyse the main harmful factors during rolling production process.Combied with the characteristics of the actual production process,takes the "man,machine,material,method,ring" idea,it devides the rolling production system into four evaluation units: the quality of personnel unit,equipment unit,facilities unit,production unit,working environment unit,safety management unit.Finally,it shows that Hangang middle plate plant mill production overall evaluation of security level was 2.Acceptable risks are on the relatively safe level.It is inaccordance with their safety evaluation report results.It shows that comprehensive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is relatively reasonable,and it has certain pertinence and maneuverability.
