With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,the application of wireless communication technology in the mining industry with complex working conditions such as coal mining is becoming more widely used.In order to speed up the construction of information,intelligence and unmanned coal mining,it is necessary to install a wide variety of sensors and intelligent equipment under the coal mine.The data generated by these sensors and smart devices provides a solid data foundation for coal mining,work plan formulation,underground environmental status monitoring.Therefore,how to collect,transmit,analyze the data generated in coal mines stably and efficiently has become an important research topic.A mining low-power data acquisition system based on XBee3 module is presented by this thesis,which provides the underlying sensor data perception and data transmission channel into the construction of smart coal mines.Firstly,the function requirements and field environment of underground coal mine data collection are analyzed,the overall design plan of the system is formulated in combination with wireless communication and embedded technology.In order to reduce the power consumption of the system and ensure the stability of wireless communication,the XBee3 module is selected as the main control module of the intelligent terminal.A cluster-like topology wireless communication network is built to fully cover the mechanized mining face,which can be used to collect the pressure-data of hydraulic cylinders and the position-data of guard boards.In order to ensure the reliability and functional integrity of the system,STM32L431RCT6 MCU is selected as the main chip of the coordinator.The received data is uploaded it to the data monitoring substation or cloud via Ethernet or CAN bus communication technology after analyzing.And the real-time figures are displayed through the human-computer interface.After the entire design of data acquisition system,the XCTU software is used to test the communication quality,distance and data transmission rate for online debugging.Other equipments such as CANScope,oscilloscope,insulation voltage tester are used to test the function of the system.Test results show that the data collection system designed in this thesis has the advantages of low power consumption,long communication distance,easy installation and strong compatibility.It can realize the collection,forwarding,display,backup storage,over-limit alarm and other functions of data collection,provide basic data guarantee for safe and efficient production in coal mines.
