Game Analysis Of Air Pollution Control In Beijing

In recent years,China has witnessed rapid and steady economic development,which has also exposed many problems,especially environmental problems.The air pollution in Beijing is more high-profile,which has seriously affected the urban image of Beijing and the healthy life of the public,caused the extensive concern of the government and academic circles.On the basis of summarizing the research on environmental problems at home and abroad,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of environmental governance,and then analyzes the current situation of air pollution control and the causes of air pollution in Beijing.By using game theory,does a depth analysis between in the game the various stakeholders in the game,thus providing a theoretical support and policy recommendations for the implementation of air pollution control in Beijing.Based on Beijing's air pollution the main artificial controllable factors as a starting point,this paper explores causes behind mainly involves the central government and local governments,sewage enterprises,public interest subjects and surrounding areas,analyzes of the interests and conflict of the different stakeholders,makes full use of game theory analysis method to build four game models to analyze the micro-mechanism of air pollution control,these models include:Beijing air pollution control and the central government game model,Beijing air pollution control and sewage enterprises Game model,Beijing game model of air pollution and public interest demands,Beijing air pollution control and the surrounding area game model.Through in-depth analysis of the above four models,we can get the current problems of air pollution in Beijing.Specifically,local government governance is related to the cost of the central government's supervision and punishment;the government's air treatment is closely related to the sales revenue of sewage companies and the payment of sewage charges;Beijing's air pollution control and public's interest are closely inter-related and also require public policy coordination;Air control in Beijing has an inextricable link with the surrounding areas and needs to be coordinated with each other.Based on the analysis of the causes and current situation of air pollution in Beijing and the game model of the above four aspects,this paper draws conclusions and puts forward some policy suggestions based on these conclusions,hoping to help solve the current air pollution problems in Beijing,and provide help for the national air pollution control,which is conducive to the construction and improvement of the theory of environmental governance with Chinese characteristics.
