In the technical background of artificial intelligence,big data and cloud computing,the mode transformation of industrial production and the reform of technology become the current research focus of industrial cloud computing.Traditional industrial control cannot meet the demand of technology and production.The industrial cloud has realized faster and more efficient computing.It also improves the production rate of each production link and the high availability of real-time services.The traditional chemical industry is faced with the risks of security hidden dangers and large amounts of data,which are not timely and costly.In this paper,the mathematical modeling and DCS control simulation of the typical fluidized bed dryer,distillation column and mixing tank in the chemical industry are presented.In addition,the simulation system is implemented in the cloud,which provides a feasible reference scheme for the research and development of industrial cloud.On this basis,through the industrial gateway,the controller data in the four-volume water tank is transmitted to aliyun platform via MQTT,and the real-time water level monitoring is realized.In this article to build all of the control system is based on Siemens PCS7 software implementation,software can be through its various functions and sequence control blocks of the control involved in each link of the organic integration.Finally,the visual observation of the process control is achieved by monitoring the images on WINCC.In the cloud communication link,OPC was used to implement the cloud migration of the simulation system,and the data of the four-volume water tank was integrated.Through the hec industrial gateway and Profinet fieldbus technology and MQTT related technologies.The real-time liquid level of water level is transmitted to the cloud platform and the data curve is obtained.
