Long-distance gas pipeline is the safest and most economical mode of transportation.gas station is an important part of the long distance pipeline,Gas station is safe and will have a significant impact on the entire gas system.However,Because of the gas is flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals,which lead to adverse social impact.therefore,the risk management of gas station is very important.Risk-based inspection as an Inspection-strategy optimization methods built on the basics of the Concept of pursuing the security and Economy of system.The purpose of research on risk evaluation of gas station,is to improve the reliability in the process of gas storage,to improve the capability for accidents and possible dangers predication,to reduce the economic loss injuries and environmental destroy caused by accidents as little as possible.Research and Analysis on the risk of gas station,to Establish the risk evaluation model of gas station,Provide the basis for the optimization of station equipment and pipeline detection and maintenance program,To promote the station safety and emergency management scientific and standardized.In this paper,Mainly introduces the concept and the method of risk assessment,By surveying D gas station,the data were collected,then the RBI quantitative risk assessment of the gas station system was done by using the method,the result of risk ranking was carried out,which provided scientific basis for the operation and management of the gas station.
