As the curtain of "beautiful China" rises slowly,all society are paying more and more attention to the importance of ecological civilization construction.High value recycling of waste tires is an important part of ecological civilization construction.For the last few years,Microwave pyrolysis is widely recognized as one of the best ways to recycle waste tire recycling with its advantages of environmental friendliness,higher value of recycling products and fast heating rate.And the whole tire waste tire pyrolysis is the trend of microwave pyrolysis.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a complete set of the whole tire continuous microwave pyrolysis equipment.After theoretical analysis,this paper summarizes the problems in the research of microwave pyrolysis equipment.Such as the leakage of gas in the inlet and outlet is serious,the waveguide plate is set in the microwave generator to reduce the microwave utilization,separate the solid product of microwave pyrolysis and microwave leak severity.On the basis of ensuring the mechanical operation of the equipment,Designed a sealing method with a gate valve work intermittently and a sealing method of using water in order to prevent gas leakage,Designed the tuning screw in the waveguide to reduce the pyrolysis energy consumption of waste rubber,Designed a carbon black wire separation device in discharging port to separates the solid products,Designed a metal barrier in feeding inlet to prevent microwave leaks.The whole tire continuous microwave pyrolysis equipment designed in this paper can realize the continuous microwave pyrolysis of waste tire.Perform finite element analysis according to HFSS electromagnetic simulation software.Make analysis of the influence of steel cord on the microwave pyrolysis process of waste rubber,Make analysis the influence which the tuning screw in the waveguide to the pyrolysis energy consumption of waste rubber,Make analysis of the influence of a metal barrier in feeding inlet on the microwave leaks.According to the simulation results,it can be seen that: microwave pyrolysis of whole waste tire is more conducive to raise the pyrolysis efficiency,promote energy saving and environmental protection,and improve the quality of pyrolysis products,Setting the tuning screw appropriately can decrease microwave reflection and reduce the pyrolysis energy consumption,Setting the a metal barrier in feeding inlet can prevent microwave leakage.Using the designed whole tire continuous microwave pyrolysis equipment for pyrolysis experiments,The experiment proves that the equipment can be used for long time continuous cracking of waste tire.And obtained the high economic value of lysis oil,carbon black,steel wire and other products,the pyrolysis process is clean,stable and energy saving.It can provide reference for production of continuous microwave pyrolysis equipment.
