Electrical Design Of 66kV Main Substation In Iron And Steel Enterprises

The main substation is an important part of iron and steel enterprises.Compared with other substation,the substation of iron and steel enterprises has many different aspects in terms of load nature and power distribution requirements.This paper studies and optimizes the electrical design of 66 kV main substation in iron and steel enterprises,taking the actual case of oxygen production in the steel mills as the research object,combined with the load characteristics of iron and steel enterprises,put forward the optimal design of the main substation.This paper first clarifies the load characteristics of the oxygenated area,determines the load level and power supply requirements,through the load calculation to select the transformer capacity.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of various electrical circuit connection forms are analyzed.The selection of the neutral grounding mode of the system is discussed,draw the electrical circuit connection diagram,so that the design of the electrical circuit connection is simple,flexible and reliable.Calculate the system short circuit current,supply the relay protection configuration for the substation electrical equipment,and completed the substation integrated automation system design.According to the short circuit current size and equipment,conductors required long-term allowable current,complete substation electrical equipment and conductor selection.The other is to check the starting of 5900 kW large synchronous motor by the main substation powered,using stator winding series reactor step-down starting power distribution scheme,achieve the goal of safe,reliable and economical.In summary,through the study of this paper,the substation electrical design can meet the reliability,advanced technology,economic requirements,to maximize the savings in construction costs and operating costs,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.The work done in this paper has a certain theoretical significance and application value for the electrical design of the main substation of iron and steel enterprises,which can provide a reasonable and effective reference for the design of the same type of substation.
