Pneumatic conveying device has indirect consumption of mechanical energy and realize the pressurization process,the conveying process compared with the traditional mechanical conveyor has the advantages of safety,simple structure,easy automation process,less pollution to the environment,and it can make the solid particles along the pipeline to achieve the dispersed transportation of one to many or the gathering transportation of many to one,etc.It has been widely used in the fields of mining,electricity,cement,grain,casting,building materials and so on.Ejector is the key device of pneumatic conveying system,and its structure and performance will be paid more and more attention.Based on the working principle of ejector,the theoretical calculation formula of this design is summarized.According to the actual design requirements,the design of the main dimensions of the ejector is designed by using the method of optimal structure design.Pneumatic conveying system is related to two-phase flow.Due to the complexity of two-phase flow,most of the design and calculation of pneumatic conveying is based on the combination of theory and experiment.In this paper,the FLUENT software is used to simulate the internal flow by using the double Euler model and the discrete model.Firstly,the 3D modeling tools is used to build the model of the injector,and then the mesh is divided by the meshing software.Finally,the numerical simulation of the ejector is completed in the FLUENT software.The accuracy of the designed structure is verified by numerical simulation,and the flow characteristics are analyzed.The influence of different structural parameters on the pneumatic conveying injector is considered,and the static pressure variation curve,the solid particle velocity vector diagram,the gas turbulent kinetic energy and velocity contours are obtained.The influence of different structural parameters on the performance of pneumatic conveying system is analyzed,and the theory of particle suspension is also verified.The application of the design theory process and the numerical simulation process has some certain guidance on the project.
