Objectives:1.Determination of the Naxi people in Lijiang, crowds of calcanea 1 quantitative ultrasound parameters andestab lishment of calcaneus ultrasound bone mineral database.2.Explore the Naxi people in Lijiang, Yunnan province, incidenc e andrisk factors for osteoporosis.3. Determination of the Naxi peoplein Lijiang, Yunnan province, serum markers of bone’s four thanks, understand their variation.Method: Stratified sampling, extraction, Lijiang city, Yunnan province, people in 10 2 cases, age 40 years ~90 yearsold, male,42,60 women and 10 years of age, the crow d was dividedin to five groups. Each of these groups of calcaneal quantitative ultra sound measure ment, basic signs measure factors related to osteoporosis questionn aire using ELISA method for detection of serum bone metabolic markers (25-(OH) d , PTH and BGP, and CT), statistical analysis of the survey results.Results:1. The Naxi, Lijiang city, Yunnan province, population BMD were malesfe males at the age of 45-50 peak bone mass and peakbone mass than other parts ofthe c ountry, and peak bone mass, nosignificant difference between malesand females and decreased within creasing age, and women’s fast pace of decline than men, at 50ye ars ofthe most significant. Calcaneus quantitative ultrasound SI,t-value ofthe calcaneu s, calcaneal BMD values, male 45-52years the highest female 40-49years Supreme , after rapid decline in bone massin both malesand females at the age of 80 after a mi nimum. Amongthem, the decline in bone mass in women after menopause than in the fastest time of 3-5 years, isclosely relatedto osteoporosis and postmen opausal w omen, bone loss in post menopausal women with premenopausal.2. Crowd height, and weight, and age, and waist, and hip surrounding, and BMI, and with bone quantitative ultrasound t value and the OSTA has correlation, rendering obviously of increased age sex change; smoking, drinking who bone density significantly below not smokers, bone loose syndrome and drinking volume is are related relationship; environment factors is important factors, Sunshine time, and labor, and diet life and crowd bone density level is closely related to.3.A total of Naxi people in Lijiang city, Yunnan province,102 people, according toth e diagnostic criteria, the number of patientsfor 5 persons, total male population 1, ill 4, female total number of 60 people, sick 4; 4,9% incidence overall, male inciden cerate of 2.4%, female morbidity 6.7%. With increasing age the increase dincidence and highest incidence of 71-80 age,20%, there was a significant difference.41-5 0,51-60,61-70 age incidence was O.Woman than the man in the 71-80 age, the difference was notsignificant.4. The Naxi, Lijiang city, Yunnan province, surveyed the crowd ofserum 25-(OH) d va lue is negatively correlated with age and serum PTH is positively correlated with age. No correlation between BGP,CTwith age. May indicate that the Naxi people in Lijiang city,Yunnan province, with the increase of age, increased risk ofosteoporosis.Conclusions:1. Naxi, Lijiang city, Yunnan province, is lower than other parts of the country by population incidence of osteoporosis, peak bone mass may be higher than other parts of the country.2. Crowd height, and weight, and age, and waist, and hip surrounding, and BMI, and with bone quantitative ultrasound t value and the OSTA has correlation, rendering obviously of increased age sex change; smoking, drinking who bone density significantly below not smokers, bone loose syndrome and drinking volume is are related relationship; environment factors is important factors, Sunshine time, and labor, and diet life and crowd bone density level is closely related to.3. Naxi, Lijiang city inYunnan province, was lower than national average population incidence of osteoporosis, incidence increases with age and is increasing, both malea ndfemale incidence up to the70-80age. This increases with age, loss of body func tion, and women with post menopausal estrogen levels decrease, decline in male la borand other factors.4. May indicate thatthe Naxi people in Lijiang city, Yunnan province, with the increa se of age, increased risk of osteoporosis.
