Objective Explore the lifestyle intervention treatment of NAFLD through the research on personalized diet, exercise and health education intervention in patients with NAFLD and high-risk, increase compliance of patients with lifestyle changes, and Provide the basis for the patient to develop good living habits. Methods ① selected 100 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients from 2014 January to June 2015 in Zhejiang Xinhua Hospital Medical Center and fatty liver clinic diagnosised by B ultrasonic, there are 68 males and 32 females. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n=50) and the control group (n=50). The experimental group was given individualized health education, diet and exercise guidance. The control group was given routine health education, and the intervention was followed up for 6 months. In 3 months and 6 months, respectively, compared with the two groups of patients with fatty liver related knowledge awareness, diet, exercise, body index, blood biochemical indicators and liver B ultrasound. Through the SPSS 17.0 statistical software to analyze the results. Results ①through the health education, two groups of patients with fatty liver related knowledge awareness rate are significantly improved compared with before intervention, the experimental group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).②management intervention in experimental group compared with the control group, patients with diet and exercise compliance increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).③Physical indicators:management intervention. Compared with the control group, experimental nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD patients weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference index improved obviously, the difference is statistically significant (P> 0.05); and compared with intervened before and 3 months after 6 months after the intervention, the index decreased significantly, the difference is statistically significant (P> 0.05). While there was no significant change in the control group.④ Blood biochemical indexes comparison:compared with the control group, the experimental group dry on the prognosis of patients with TQ TC, LDL have decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), high density lipoprotein HDL), FBS did not change significantly, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).⑤ Compared with abdominal ultrasound examination:the improvement rate of light, medium and severe fatty liver in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion ①Through health education and individualized diet and exercise intervention can enhance patients awareness of related knowledge of fatty liver, aware of the hazards of fatty liver, improve the patients of lifestyle change initiative and compliance, so as to reduce the incidence of fatty liver.②Through individualized diet and exercise intervention therapy can decrease in NAFLD patients weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference index, and improve the patients health level.③Diet and exercise intervention can improve NAFLD patients with blood glucose, blood lipid and other biochemical indicators.④Health education diet and exercise intervention therapy can improve the health education effect, promote the normal outcome of patients.
