Objective: Investigation of nanning and fusui area guangxi diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome syndrome type distribution characteristics,and the relationship with age,gender,culture degree,the nature of work,discusses the risk relationship among IBS-D with the anxiety and diet,and analyze will diet and anxiety induced IBS-D.Method: In Rui kang affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university east campus and airport campus to collect for patients with abdominal pain diarrhea clinic,the doctor,deputy director of the above title to distinguish between ordinary diarrhea patients and patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,disease to distinguish the type.Collect the basic information such as the patients’ gender,nature of work,age,nationality,culture degree,urban and rural filled out of anxiety scale and diet.Use SPSS19.0 processing analysis of the collected data,find out the relationship between the factors,emphatically analyzed the relationship between the diet with different syndrome types of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Result: The patients in stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency group were the most,and the number of patients in spleen deficiency wet-sheng group more than spleen and kidney Yang deficiency group.Each group compared with the general patients,there were very significant differences in age(p>0.05).Compared with other groups,spleen deficiency wet-sheng women were significantly more than male patients.(p<0.05).Each group has the similarity between job nature and standard of culture,and the majority patients are non-physical workers and students,besides of this,a large proportion of patients are medical students,and generally with anxiety depression symptoms.Each food group in different syndrome types of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome does not constitute a risk factor,but are all symptoms of illness induced factors,especially given priority to with spicy stimulation,cold food and omophagia.Each food group in different syndrome types of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome does not constitute a risk factor,but are all symptoms of illness induced factors,especially given priority to with spicy stimulation,cold food and omophagia.Conclusion: The patients in stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency group were the most about diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome syndrome type distribution characteristicsin Guangxi nanning and fusui area,and the number of patients in spleen deficiency wet-sheng group more than spleen and kidney Yang deficiency group.The number of women were more than men in spleen deficiency wet-sheng group,the other two groups were little changed.Age,cultural degree,nature of work in each syndrome type diarrhea type does not exist differences between irritable bowel syndrome.But diet-especially the acrid,cold,omophagia food can induce different syndrome types of diarrhea type irritable bowel symptoms over and over again,but not enough to constitute a risk factor.Long-term depression anxiety can induce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome break out repeatedly.
