The Literature Research Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Syndrome Type Distribution Characteristics And Treatment Of Chinese Medicine

Puepose:Diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome belongs to the functional gastrointestinal disease.According to the symptoms of diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D),which can be attributed to the traditional Chinese medicine "diarrhea disease”category.Modern medical study found that the pathogenesis of IBS-D including abnormal power,extremely sensitive visceral sensation,brain-bowel dysfunction,genetic and environmental factors,infection,also including dysentery of social psychology.IBS-D which has long course of disease,is easy to break out repeatedly,lingering painless.Western medicine treatment measures and drug is not ideal at present.Now the domestic epidemiological survey found that the trend of IBS-D incidence increased year by year in recent years.Patients with IBS-D need to use frequently,treatment cost is higher,affect daily life.Studying and finding the advantage of the traditional Chinese medicine treating diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome is of great significance to the IBS-D clinical research and patients.Method:Collect all published academic publications about irritable bowel syndrome clinical report of Chinese medicine treatment from China in 1999-2009 and from the full-text database collection of Chinese journals about irritable bowel syndrome literature,filter out 55 articles comply with Roman Ⅲ diagnosis standard for clinical reports,irritable bowel syndrome information,research analysis of the presenting of syndrome of TCM、TCM and valid prescriptions,drug and therapeutic effects.Results:there is difference in the incidence of diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome among different gender,age,educational level,women more than men,the incidence of IBS-D of teenagers is higher.Most clinical syndrome types in diseases is liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,then followed by is spleen deficiency syndrome、kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,dampness-heat of large intestine syndrome,cold and heat mixed syndrome,cold dampness trapped spleen syndrome,etc.The general traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome treatment is liver suppression helps the spleen,spleen wet warming the kidney and spleen,commonly used prescription for tongxieyaofang,shenglingbaizhusan,sishenwan and other prescription drugs,such as baizhu,baishao,chaihu,windproof,orange pill,fuling,dangshen,muxiang,shanyao,gegen,huanglian,buguzhi,roudoukou etc.
