Clinical Effect Observation Of Muscle Meridian Massage With Sticking Of The Hysteresis Needle Treating Lubar Back Myofascitis(wind Cold Dampness)

Objective:To observe the advantage and difference of the two methods by comparing the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Lumbar back Myofascitis(wind-cold-dampness type)by the combination of muscle massage with stuck acupuncture and muscle massage.To verify the clinical efficacy of massage through tendon combined with stuck acupuncture in the treatment of Lumbar back myofascitis.Methods: All the patients in this study were from the Pain Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.Seventy-two patients who met the inclusion criteria of lumbar and dorsum myofasciitis(wind cold and dampness type)from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.Based on the principle of random grouping,it was divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 36 patients,patients in the treatment group were given through the tendon massage with the treatment of needle stagnation.The control group was simply treated with tendon massage.Two groups of patients were treated 5 times a week by tendons massage.Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Altogether 1 course of treatment.In this study,ODI function score,VAS score and evaluation score of TCM syndromes were used as the criteria for clinical efficacy evaluation.Results: There were no significant differences in Odi function scores and VAS scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment in age,course of disease,sex,between the two groups,which showed that the treatment group and the control group were comparable,in reducing Odi function score and Vas Score,the treatment group was better than the Control Group(0 < 0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.The overall curative effect of the Treatment Group was significantly better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:First,the treatment of Myofascitis of Lumbar back can significantly relieve pain and improve the function of lumbar.Second,the treatment of lumbar back myofascitis by muscle massage combined with sticking acupuncture has synergistic effect.Third,the treatment of lumbar back myofascitis by muscle massage and sticking acupuncture can relieve pain and lower back pain.But the curative effect of the Treatment Group is better than that of the control group in improving the lumbar dysfunction.
